New Dog
Well, this is our new dog. (The brown one) His name is Lucky and he is 4 years old. Lucky is a German SHorthaired Pointer. He is mostly calm, quiet, and friendly. He loves being outside and watching/listening to birds and squirrels.
Oscar, we have had since she was 8 weeks old. Oscar is now 3.5 years old. Yes we picked OScar for a girl dog. We are just strange that way. :) Oscar's personality is so different. Oscar barks and growls at people who come over and she is way more hyper, fast, and agile. They are the same breed, but Oscar is part Black Lab we were told. These are most of our entertainment and frustration at home. Hope you enjoy the pics.

We are having fun watching Oscar and Lucky get to know each other. They are starting to play-fight now and we just sit back and laugh. Lucky(brown dog) is new and is starting to learn the ropes at our house. It has only been a week, so he is learning pretty fast.

I would highly recommend pointers as pets. They are highly trainable and very loyal. Our two pointers have very different personalities. one doesn't like strangers and one does. Other pointers I have met also do like strangers. They do have lots of energy and love attention. They love walks, runs, playing tug-of-war and fetch, frisbee fetch also. Hope this helps.
